We are sure everyone connected to Wrexham Supporters Trust are saddened by the fact that the official match programme was the very last put together by a programme team that have been editing the official match programme since taking it over for the 1984/85 season.

It is a sad day in the history of Wrexham Football Club that Geraint Parry, Phil Jones and Dave Roberts will no longer be producing the match programme.

Not once in 26 years have they, or the 100 or so contributors in that time, ever charged one penny for their time and effort in producing the award-winning programme to the club. It has truly been a labour of love.

The programme has always maintained the highest standard, something that they have always been proud of, and during that time they have won numerous awards for being the best programme, including finishing 15th best programme one season in the entire Football League.

Everyone connected with the programme over the past 26 years can take a bow. You have all done us proud. The quality of the match programme over that time has always been outstanding.

Thank you to Dave, Geraint, Phil and the rest of the team for the many thousands of voluntary hours you have devoted to this, it has been an incredible effort, appreciated by us fans and a real credit to the club.
