Programme Fair set to become an annual event

Event proves popular and raises £750 for WST

Many top dealers and around 100 collectors turned up for first programme fair in Wrexham since 1982 which took place at the Maesgwyn Hall on Sunday 15th April. The event was organised to raise funds for the Wrexham Supporters Trust.

The WST stall with 8000 programmes donated by members was a particular draw for most of the collectors and did brisk trade. Overall around £750 was raised by the Trust at this event and all the dealers went home happy and with a promise to return next year for what now seems destined to become an annual event.

The exhibition of Cup Final programmes was of massive interest and had some hardened programme collectors visibly drooling!

The Trust would like to give a special thanks to Bryan Still a local collector who donated his time, experience and connections to make the event a success.
