One week to go

We want to close the announcements for this evening by saying a big thank you to the volunteers (the team behind the team) who turned out today to spruce up the Racecourse ready for next week’s kick off. It never ceases to amaze us how dedicated and loyal the fans of Wrexham AFC are!

We have one week to ensure that anybody who enjoyed Wales’ summer of magic at the Euros and caught the football bug knows about the game on Saturday V Dover Athletic at 3pm. Together we can make a huge difference in swelling the crowd for next Saturday’s match and getting behind the team, it makes a huge difference.

Whilst we have 7 days to wait until the Racecourse opens its doors for football, remember we have the open day tomorrow. The gates on the Club car park side of the ground will open at 5.30pm when fans will be able to tour the Racecourse and view the rooms and facilities on both the Yale Stand side of the ground and the Mold Road side of the ground.

The manager Gary Mills and his players will all be in attendance and you can meet them in the rooms around the ground for autographs and pictures.

Don’t forget if you can purchase your seat in advance online from the comfort of your own home via www.wafcshop2.wst.org.uk/match-travel-tickets.html.

Come on You Reds!!!!

P.S. Remember when communications from the Club used to finish in 'Ends'?  Well, the final word for this evening is 'Starts'! C'mon the Town!
