    Confirmation of Election Result<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    *A total of four valid nominations to the Society Board were received from Barry Jones, Dale Webb, Daniel Jones and James Barnes. Rule 57 of the Society states: \u201cThe Society shall have a Board of Directors comprising not less than six and not more than twelve persons.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\r\n

    The four nominations will result in the Board having the minimum six Directors as defined in Rule 57, and the specific section of the Election Policy will apply: \u201c\u2026 failure to elect any of the validly nominated candidates leave the Society Board comprising of below the minimum number required under the Society Rules, all validly nominated candidates shall be deemed elected by the Elections Committee and this shall be declared at the AGM\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n

    The Election Committee met on 21st<\/sup> May 2025 and validated all four nominations received. Therefore, the Election Committee deemed that Barry Jones, Dale Webb, Daniel Jones and James Barnes are all elected at the 2025 AGM in accordance with the Rules and Election Policy of the Society.<\/p>\r\n

    Resolution for Election of Auditors<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Proposed by the Society Board:<\/p>\r\n

    To resolve to reappoint Xeinadin Audit Limited as auditors of the Society, to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting at which the accounts of the Society are laid before the Members, and to authorise the Society Board to determine their remuneration.<\/p>\r\n

    This resolution is an ordinary resolution and requires a majority of votes cast for it to be passed (Rule 51).<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
