The Society Board are pleased to confirm that this year\u2019s AGM will be held on\u00a0Thursday, 25 June 2025<\/strong>\u00a0with a time and venue to be confirmed in due course. The AGM will also be broadcasted on Microsoft Teams.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Formation of Election Committee<\/strong>

Chris Davies of City Fans United will be the Independent Chair of the Election Committee. Chris will be joined by Trust members Joe Sarnovsky and Clive Popplewell<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Elections to the Society Board<\/strong>
\u00a0
As previously advised, there will be four vacancies on the Board at the 2026 AGM and existing Board members Arfon Jones and Barry Jones will stand for re-election.
\u00a0
All members intending to stand as a candidate are requested to complete the\u00a0online nomination form<\/a>\u00a0by the deadline of\u00a0Monday, 11 May 2026<\/strong>.

The\u00a0Board Election Policy<\/a>\u00a0details the rules of the election and these are a summary of the key points:

The Election is open to any member who was a member prior to 25 December 2025 (six months prior to the date of the AGM);
All nominations must be supported by two members;
Candidates must submit a statement in support of their nomination as detailed in the Election Policy;
The Election Committee will confirm the validity of each nomination.

The AGM of the Society allows member resolutions to be proposed to the wider membership providing it is in accordance with Rule 27 of the Society.
