    As part of our commitment to make the AGM accessible to all members, we are pleased to confirm that the AGM will also be streamed on Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n

    Members wishing to join the AGM online must register in advance. You will be required to enter your membership number when registering your attendance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    The meeting will be open from 7:20pm BST and we ask members to join by 7:25pm BST to allow the meeting to start promptly at 7:30 pm BST. Members will be admitted to the meeting from the meeting lobby at the start of the meeting.<\/p>\n

    Voting Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Members who are joining online or are unable to attend must register their vote by 7:00pm BST on Thursday, 25 June 2026<\/strong>. Voting will take place to approve minutes from the 2025 AGM and for the election of auditors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
