The Junior Dragons and Wrexham Rubies jointly held a sponsored walk last Sunday. Members of both groups tackled a scenic 4km walk from Ty Mawr to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
Although the weather wasn’t particularly kind to us, all had a fantastic time and helped to raise valuable funds for both supporters’ groups. Wrex the Dragon was even on hand to present the drenched participants with a well-earned medal for their efforts!
We would like to thank all our members for taking part and for braving the torrential rain so admirably. We just hope that you’ve all dried out by now!
