We are pleased to announce that the Wrexham Football Club Annual General Meeting will be held at the Catrin Finch Centre at Glyndwr University on Thursday 28th November 2013, starting at 7.30pm. This is a Members only meeting and you must be a member to attend. However, anyone whose membership has expired can rejoin on the night, as can anyone wishing to join the Supporters Trust.

The AGM comes at a time when Wrexham Football Club celebrate two years of fans ownership on 30th November. We would like as many members to attend the AGM as possible so you get a full insight into the football club accounts. We will also be providing you with the recommendations of the re-branding that has been brought together by member Andy Slinger following his presentation at last years AGM. We will also be giving you information on the club's 150th Anniversary, and planned events, as well as a viewing of the Anniversary Badge.

This is your opportunity as a member of the Football Club to have your say. The Football Club board will be in attendance to answer your questions as will the Board of the Supporters Trust. The minutes of the last AGM held in January are available in the Downloads section entitled "Wrexham FC AGM 2013 Notes".

The Agenda will be as follows:-

1. Welcome and introductions

2. Approval of minutes from the first annual general meeting

3. Presentation of financial statements

4. Update on current financial year performance

5. Outturn forecast for current financial year

6. Question and answer session

7. Appointment of auditors

8. Brand alignment of Wrexham Football Club
