The Board can confirm that we are waiting for a response from the Club on the latest markup on the Deed of Covenant and Lease Surrender before the collapse of the Racecourse Lease is completed.
The amendment to the Rules agreed at the SGM will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority once all documents relating to the covenant and lease surrender are completed.
We will keep members updated on any developments once we have received an update from the Club.
