Development of Our Plan / Ein Cynllun 2014-2017

The WST Board presented the draft strategic plan for the Trust for the next 3 years to the AGM recently.

The plan sets out how the WST will restructured, as well as key aims and objectives as it moves forward from its primary objective of securing and stabilising the Football Club, to the next stage of our journey - nuturing the club and helping to secure Football League status.

Attached to this article are 2 documents - the first is the presentation given to members at the AGM. This sets out the Why, How and What of our draft Strategic Plan and gives a summary of some of the detailed aims and objectives for the next year. It also summarises the restructuring of the WST going forward - including the transition of the current WST Board to the Wrexham AFC Governing Body, as well as the new sub-groups being created.

The second document is part of the draft Strategic Plan. This part sets out the broad strategy and objectives - the overall "framework" of the plan for the next 3 years. The detailed draft annual action plans for the year ahead have not been included at this stage - as they are still being developed by the Governing Body members. The Football Club objectives were shared at the AGM, so these are included in this framework document.
