#Up4Stoke - Availability of further tickets, and arrangements for ticket collections.

Updated: 1300 on Saturday 27th December

We thank our fans for their patience whilst we finalised these arrangements during a very busy period.

Ticket Dispatch and Collection

The first batch of tickets sold online are being dispatched today, with the remainder being posted on Saturday 27th via Signed For/Special Delivery. Please watch your postal delivery.

Fans who opted to collect their tickets will be able to do so before the FGR home game on Sunday 28th Dec from the Racecourse Community Foundation under the GUS stand and from the club shop after the match, or from Monday 29th.

Further tickets availability

We are pleased to confirm that a small number of further tickets will be available for sale. Following a full reconciliation of sales to date, returns/exchanges and the release of a small buffer we held back in case of any issues with the grouping of online sales, we have approximately 350 further tickets for sale.

We will be selling these initially to the 600 fans who queued after the Dartford game and who hold a ticket voucher, but were not able to purchase a ticket on the day. These fans number around 350.

The arrangements for voucher holders to purchase a ticket are as follows:

  1. Voucher holders only may purchase 1 ticket per voucher (first come first served) from the Racecourse Community Foundation room below the GUS from 10am until kick-off of the FGR home game on Sunday 28th December.
  2. You can buy more than one ticket if you have more than one voucher with you. If you wish to sit with other voucher holders you must purchase tickets at the same time.

If there are any tickets left after this period, we will announce this on Sunday evening via our website and social media and put them on general release via the Club shop from Monday 29th. Follow us on Twitter @WSTtweets and @Wrexham_AFC to be the first to know.

Please note, in order to complete a final reconciliation of Stoke tickets on Sunday evening, this means there will be no general release sales after the FGR game.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to fans during this process - not being able to print our own tickets and limiting sales fairly to one per person has made the administration of this match more complex than normal. Our staff and volunteers really have gone the extra mile (and more!) this week.

If the FGR game on Sunday is cancelled:

In the event that Sunday's game is cancelled, then:

  1. Sales of tickets to voucher holders wil continue (from the Club Shop) between 10am and 1pm, and be held open for voucher holders on Monday until close of business (10am to 4pm).

  2. Any tickets left unsold after this will be made availabe for general release for the rest of the week - and an annoucement will be made on Monday evening.

Once again, we thank you for your patience. We have kept fans informed throughout the process and will have sold our full allocation of FA CUp 3rd round tickets during our busiest trading period of the year. We've also increased our Club Membership to its highest ever level.

Together, we are building a stronger Wrexham Football Club.

Happy Christmas.
