My name is Brian Phillips and I am the Treasurer of the WST having served since January 2016. I am also the Chair of the Build the Budget Committee. For my day job, I am a qualified public sector accountant currently working for Cheshire West and Chester Council providing financial support and advice to the Children and Social Care Service whose budget is circa £30m.
