Details of the new WST board
Following recent elections’ the WST are pleased to confirm that the board has sufficient members to make it quorate. Principal officers are Barry Jones, Chair of London Reds is the new chair of WST. Mark Williams is Secretary and Brian Phillips is Treasurer. The remaining members of the Board are Arfon Jones, Gavin Jones, Matt Davies and Matty Webber.
The board would like to thank the board members who have stood down for their time on the board and look forward to re-engaging and working with the Football Club to achieve promotion and progression up the EFL.
Club advisory board (CAB)
The board is pleased to see that the Football Club have announced that the first meeting of CAB will take place later this month. We can confirm that Barry Jones and Matt Davies will represent the Trust at this meeting.
Registration of new rules
The board can confirm that it has submitted the new rules approved by members at the AGM last month to the Financial Conduct Authority with the support of the Football Supporters Association.
Future direction of the Trust
The board are meeting later this month to develop a strategic plan for the Trust. As part of this process we will start a consultation with members with the aim to present these at a future meeting.
