| The Trust is beginning a new series of engagement surveys, titled ‘View from the stands’ to explore fan experiences of supporting the club. These will help shape how the board engages with the club and make sure your voice is heard and represented. It is an exciting time after we secured promotion to the Championship and now is a good time to reflect on how the club is keeping up with the on-pitch success. Our first survey is focussed on your ticketing experience. We are surveying your current experience and how you would like it to be improved in the future.
