Wrexham Supporters Trust are pleased to advise that we have received confirmation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) that our rule amendment has been successfully registered.
The new Rules contain protections over the covenants that ensure that the final decision on the Racecourse Ground as the home of Wrexham AFC until 2115 will always be with supporters.
The covenants will be registered at HM Land Registry once the football club receive similar approval from Wrexham County Borough Council and the Football Stadia Improvement Fund Limited. It is not anticipated that either of these parties will delay this process.
