Thank you to everyone who responded to our view from the stands member survey that we sent out in September. Your feedback was used to directly shape the content of the agenda with the club when we sat down with them as part of the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) meeting in November.

All your feedback relating to matchday experience e.g. food & drink, stadium welfare, away travel & international experience have been passed onto the Head of Stadium Experience and Fan Engagement. We will provide a response to you when we have it from the club.

Next steps
The Trust Board members will join the other members of the FAB to work closely with the consultant that the club have engaged to develop the broader ticketing strategy. Again, your feedback on the ballot, away tickets & loyalty scheme will be used to voice opinion on the direction of future ticketing & memberships.
The next FAB meeting is scheduled for the 26th February 2026. We will reach out to you in January for any further matters that you feel should be raised.
