Online Registration:
As part of our commitment to make the AGM accessible to all members, we are pleased to confirm that the AGM will also be streamed on Microsoft Teams.
Members wishing to join the AGM online must register in advance. You will be required to enter your membership number when registering your attendance.
The meeting will be open from 7:20pm BST and we ask members to join by 7:25pm BST to allow the meeting to start promptly at 7:30 pm BST. Members will be admitted to the meeting from the meeting lobby at the start of the meeting.
Voting Instructions
Members who are joining online or are unable to attend must register their vote by 7:00pm BST on Thursday, 25 June 2026. Voting will take place to approve minutes from the 2025 AGM and for the election of auditors.
