| Formation of Election Committee Nick Hawker of Exeter City AFC and Supporters’ Society will be the Independent Chair of the Election Committee. Nick will be joined by Trust members, Joe Sarnovsky and Ian Jones. |
| Elections to the Society Board As previously advised, there will be four vacancies on the Board at the 2025 AGM and existing Board members Arfon Jones and Barry Jones will stand for re-election. All members intending to stand as a candidate are requested to complete the online nomination form by the deadline of Wednesday, 14 May 2025. The Board Election Policy details the rules of the election and these are a summary of the key points: The Election is open to any member who was a member prior to 23 December 2024 (six months prior to the date of the AGM); All nominations must be supported by two members; Candidates must submit a statement in support of their nomination as detailed in the Election Policy; The Election Committee will confirm the validity of each nomination. I will contact candidates on receipt of their completed nomination form to outline the next steps. | Request for Resolutions from Members The AGM of the Society allows member resolutions to be proposed to the wider membership providing it is in accordance with Rule 27 of the Society.
