IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS WHO STILL NEED TO RENEW THEIR WST MEMBERSHIP
In May, this year we sent an email and communicated on the WST website for people to renew their membership. We have had a great response to this request but, now, it is vitally important for those people that have still not paid their 2020-21 Membership to do so. If not, you will not have a say in any important decisions regarding the future of the Club.
****YOU MUST RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY NO LATER THAN 10.00 AM MONDAY 14 SEPTEMBER, WHEN, FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AFTERWARDS, MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CLOSED. A FURTHER COMMUNICATION WILL BE SENT OUT WHEN THE TRUST WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE PROCESSING MEMBERSHIPS****
How to Renew
Renewing your membership is very straight forward. You can do so in several ways:
- On-line – a new on-line portal is available for people to renew. Please follow this link to make payment and ensure you enter all your personal details such as e-mail address, postal address, contact phone number and date of birth.
- By Bank Transfer – the Trust’s bank details are:

To ensure that your payment is allocated correctly to you, can you also please ensure that you reference your standing order with your WREXID (found on the back of your current membership card).
The current price of membership is £12 per year for Adults or £5 per year for Juniors.By PayPal – the Trust’s paypal account is firstname.lastname@example.org. Using the functions within Paypal, please reference your payment with your WREXID.
- By cheque – alternatively, you can pay by cheque; the cost for this payment method is £15 per year for Adults or £5 per year for Juniors (up to an including 18 years of age).
If you decide to pay by cheque, because the Club Shop is currently closed, please post to my home address – 4 Village Meadow, Ruabon, Wrexham, LL14 6TF.
Please ensure that you write your WREXID on the back of the cheque so that your payment is allocated to you.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL MEMBERS – IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION UP TO DATE
If you have changed any of your personal details recently, then please let the Club know (e.g. postal address, e-mail address, phone number etc).
IF WE DON’T HAVE UP TO DATE CONTACT DETAILS, YOU WILL FAIL TO RECEIVE IMPORTANT UPDATES AND INFORMATION FROM THE TRUST.
